The Foundation is operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, scientific, or literary purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or any successor provision.

The Foundation seeks to support and conduct research, field work, education and advocacy for specific goals of

• climate change mitigation and adaptation
• environmental conservation
• sustainability and resource stewardship
• STEAM education
• exploration of Earth and space

At this time, the Foundation does not solicit or invite applications for grants, and does not conduct fund-raising solicitations or engage in direct charitable activities as defined by law.
